This website is operated by XLidees. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to XLidees. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Application Risk & Limited Liability:

XLidees produces high-quality adhesive vinyl decals. However, we are not responsible for any damage to surfaces (including but not limited to vehicles, laptops, windows, or walls) caused by the application, presence, or removal of our products. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the surface is clean, dry, and compatible with vinyl adhesive before application.

Section 2 - Disclaimer of Warranties:

We do not guarantee that the results from the use of the product will be accurate or reliable for every specific surface type. In no case shall XLidees, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

Section 3 - Governing Law:

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada.
