Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Estimates:

Canada (QC/ON): 2–5 business days. Canada (West/East): 5–10 business days. International (UK, EU, Asia): 7–21 business days depending on the destination.

Untracked Lettermail Risk:

If you select an untracked shipping option, please note that XLidees is not responsible for packages once they are handed to the carrier. For guaranteed delivery, we strongly recommend selecting a Tracked Shipping option at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

XLidees is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
