Refund policy

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days for Canadian orders and 14 days for EU/UK orders (in compliance with the Right of Withdrawal). If the timeframe has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your decal must be unused, unpeeled from its backing, and in the same condition that you received it. Once a decal has been applied to a surface, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

Damaged Items:

If your decal arrives damaged or creased to the point of being unusable, please email a photo to [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Other Products:

The same policy applies on other products purchased from XLidees. The return item must be in unused condition, without breakage with seals intact.
